That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" for commanding the respondents No. 1 to 7, Government officials, to prevent the private respondents i.e. Respondents No. 8 to 10 from disturbing the petitioner's land

Saksra, District-Muzaffarpur and to remove the illegal encroachment made over the aforesaid said land, which has been done by the private Respondents No. 8 to 10."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
