The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhansoin P. S. Case No. 172 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioners transpired during investigation in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the case relates to honour killing, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
