The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as per the written report of Sikandar Mandal, Police Inspector of Vigilance Investigation Bureau Department submitted to the Station House Officer of Chewara Police Station is to the effect that in pursuance to the order passed in a P.I.L. being C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014, vigilance case was initiated and consequently, the educational certificate of the petitioner was verified and it was found that the petitioner got appointed as Block Teacher on the basis of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48097 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 forged mark-sheet issued by Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, at present, is not working as a teacher in school in question. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the copy of the petition has been served to the counsel for the Vigilance.
None appears for the vigilance. However, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner got appointed as a teacher on the basis of forged mark-sheet.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she is not working at present, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
