Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kartaha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

As per the FIR, the deceased was assaulted by this petitioner and others which has resulted into her death. It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that there are general and omnibus allegations against

The argument of learned counsel for the petitioner is fit to be rejected when there is allegation of assaulting the deceased against her. The Court will not sympathize with her only because of the fact that she is a lady as the deceased is also a lady.

Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
