After detail submissions, learned counsels submit that in terms of the notice inviting representation petitioner has filed representation before the Bihar Public Service Commission for consideration of the candidature of the petitioner who belongs to Public Administration Stream for appointment against the post of Assistant Professor in political science subject. In view of the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to go into the in nitty-gritty of the issues raised in the present writ

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commission to dispose of representation if any filed by the petitioner in response to the Annexure-10.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the claim of the petitioner. The commission has to take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
