The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 114/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/332/ 333/353/307/427/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon an order dated 20.09.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39792/2020.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 20.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39792 of 2020, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2424 of 2021(4) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patnacity, in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 114/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
