In view of such understanding, the revision against the judgment of conviction dated 28.5.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge III, Jehanabad in Criminal Appeal No.32 of 2013/22 of 2014 is hereby disposed of with the aforesaid observations without setting aside the conviction.
