Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioners:

'That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash letter no. 1962 dated 16.6.15, Letter No. 2082, dt. 23.06.15 & Letter No. 2345, dt. 09.05.15 issued by the District Program Officer (Establishment), Sitamarhi and consequential Termination orders (Annexure-14 series) issued by respondents and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioners to work as Block/Panchayat Teachers and further for consequential benefits flowing from the said quashing of orders."

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, within a period of thirty

Patna High Court CWJC No.2510 of 2016(5) dt.10-07-2018 3/3 days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
