The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner was agent of the Bank and he had persuaded the informant to manage Kishan Credit Card loan for the informant. Loan was sanctioned and disbursed but the same was not disbursed to the informant. This fact informant came to know only after service of notice of recovery. Submission is that false allegation is there. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.54587 of 2018(3) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact especially the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bagaha Police Station Case No.62 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
