The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been amiably settled and pursuant to that a joint compromise petition has already been filed before the learned court below.

Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
