Petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.387 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has clean antecedents. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. He was just standing on the road. He has no concern with the aforesaid mobile.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information that some miscreants have assembled near Shanti Niketan School. The police went to the place of occurrence for verification and saw three persons sitting on a motorcycle. Two persons managed to run away. The petitioner was apprehended.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42903 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.387 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
