2. This application has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to remove encroachment made by the respondent no. 5, 6 and 7 over Thana No. 107, Khata No. 212/245, plot No. 1633/1102.

3. The Circle Officer, Sasaram at Rohtas is directed to dispose of Encroachment Case No. 16 of 2018-19 in accordance with law after hearing both the parties.

4. The Encroachment Case No. 16 of 2018-19 must be concluded within three months of receipt/communication of a

Patna High Court CWJC No.10775 of 2023(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 copy of this order in accordance with law after hearing the parties.
