2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(2), 111 and 61(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and others is of cheating.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2025 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the IndusInd Bank submits that

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025.
