The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case no. 147 of 2018, registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with eight other accused persons are said to have kidnapped the husband of the informant over land dispute.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties and petitioner is the Gotiya of the informant. The victim in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that he was set

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
