The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 114(c) of 2015 registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that this is a case of civil in nature. It is also submitted that it would appear from Annexure-2 that earlier petitioner has also filed a Complaint Petition against the complainant.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33413 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No. 114(c) of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
