JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53680 of 2022.

It appears that vide order dated 26.07.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial was called for and in pursuance to the direction of this Court, the report has been received and it has been kept at Flag-R.

The report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st, Barh, Patna dated 28.07.2023 suggests that trial will be concluded within a period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47696 of 2023(3) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 eight months.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a stipulated period of eight months as mentioned in the report dated 28.07.2023.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months.
