2. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43649 of 2023.

3. The Trial Court report dated 14.08.2024 reveals that out of seven charge sheeted witnesses no witness has appeared to depose before this Court despite of service to the witnesses. Petitioner who is a lady is in custody since 29.09.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
