JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against co-accused Ugo Yadav. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Till date charge-sheet has not been submitted in the case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
