Petitioner seeks bail in Special (Excise) Case No.220 of 2019 arising out of Salkhua P.S. Case No.116 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged that total 293 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the pickup van. Petitioner was driver of the pickup van.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the clean antecedents of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
