JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 The petitioner prays to quash order dated 1.8.2011 issued by respondent no.2 by which the petitioner, a PDS dealer has been directed to deposit the value of 186 quintal and 82 kilogram rice at the rate of Rs.1370/- per quintal. Petitioner has already deposited Rs.75,000/- as per Annexure 2 series. The writ petition is disposed of with following direction:- The demand notice dated 1.8.2011 would be considered as show cause to which the petitioner would file reply within two months before the BDO, Sono which would be disposed of by the latter.

No coercive steps would be taken against the petitioner in the meanwhile.
