Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Keoti P.S. Case No.61 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

According to the prosecution allegation, on secret information, the informant, a police official, raided the residential as well as the husk house of the petitioner and on such 1835 litres of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the husk house of the petitioner. It is submitted that the husk house of the petitioner is situated in open place and anybody can keep anything in that husk house but from the facts it appears that petitioner is the owner of the husk house and the petitioner is reported to have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43555 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 kept the huge quantity of Indian made foreign liquor for illegal sell.
