The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. The injury report does not say anything about the nature of injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the dimension of the injury, the present anticipatory bail

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
