JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer, bearing license no. 45 of 2007, under Tekari Block in the district of Bhojpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been inflicted both punishment i.e. suspension of license and cancellation of license. In appeal also, the order cancelling the license of the petitioner has been affirmed. The petitioner rightly submits that the authorities could not have been inflicted both punishment of suspension and cancellation of license.

In the result, the writ application is allowed and the impugned orders are set aside.
