The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 354A, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners allegedly committed assault and theft, for land dispute between the parties.

Considering the background and nature of allegation as well as the fact that the petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two
