JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2019, the representation preferred by the petitioner has been disposed of by the concerned respondent viz.

Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna on 16.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the order does not satisfy him as the direction of this Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit and only an order has been passed

Patna High Court MJC No.2492 of 2019(3) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 without looking into the claim of the petitioner or the direction of this Court.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the order, it would be open for him to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding.

This Court has noticed that a direction was issued by order dated 26.04.2019 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if filed, within a particular period. Such direction has been complied with. As such, this Court deems it appropriate not to proceed further in the matter and consign the records of this case.

The petition stands disposed of.
