The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. 42785 of 2019 on 24.09.2019. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 30.03.2019.
