For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Akhileshwar Kumar Shrivastva For the Respondent/s : Mr. Sri Asharaf Ansari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is the informant of Taraiya P. S. Case No. 91 of 2010 in which Opposite party No.2 has been made accused. The Opposite party NO.2 has been declared juvenile by the Juvenile Justice Board, Chapra, by order, dated 06.07.2011, which order has been affirmed by the learned 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra. The aforesaid two orders are being assailed in the present criminal revision application. I have perused the orders from which it appears that the Court below has committed no illegality in affirming the order of the Board declaring the Opposite party No.2 a juvenile based on the date of birth as entered in the matriculation certificate and report of the medical examination. The orders do not need interference.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
