Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, learned Assisting Counsel to Government Pleader No.27 is present and submits that although the petitioner has questioned the notice of fixing the date of special meeting for convening no confidence motion against the petitioner who happens to be the Up-Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Mirpur in the district of East Champaran but he has not proceeded to question the proceedings of the special meeting nor its consequences are on record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned State

Patna High Court CWJC No.21030 of 2013 (2) dt.14-09-2015 Counsel and considering that the proceedings of the special meeting are not put to question in the present proceedings in my opinion the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the notice has taken its effect and is disposed of accordingly.
