The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case no. 405 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47970 of 2021.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.
