JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-07-2025 In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I. To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to measure the boundary of petitioner land bearing Khata No. 447, Kheshra No. 825 Area is around 53 decimals.

II. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to hand over the possession of land after demarcation of the petitioner.

III. To issue other direction/ directions as this

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that land in question appertaining to Khata No. 447 Khesra No. 825, area 53 decimal situated at Mauza Sonwal Revenue Police Station no.33 belongs to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has made his grievance before the Circle Officer, Paharpur regarding measurement of the said land but the same has not been measured up-till-now.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as NHAI submits that if the petitioner files fresh representation raising his grievance before the Circle Officer, Paharpur, the same shall be looked into.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance, which has been raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If such representation is filed within the stipulated period, the concerned authority is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by giving him due opportunity of
