2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the India Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was allowed, vide order dated 26.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 12209 of 2023. The above-mentioned order was recalled, vide order dated 04.05.2023 on the ground that the petitioner has filed a mentioning slip on the false ground of marriage of his sister.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh (Patna) in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
