2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaighat P. S. Case No. 471 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 434, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, the Police arrested three persons. The petitioner was not arrested from the place of occurrence. From the possession of arrested accused one country made pistol and one live cartridge and mobile was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 471 of 2022.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Gaighat Police Station, District- Muzaffarpur on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
