2. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner directing the respondents to consider the matter of promotion of the petitioner to the post of Group-C as his juniors have already been promoted to the Group-C posts. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the juniors of the petitioner have already been granted benefit of promotion in accordance with the Bihar Water Resources Departmental Field Clerical Cadre (Recruitment and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10385 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Condition of Services) Rules 2014. He further submits that raising his grievances the petitioner already made his representation before the respondents on 17.11.2023 vide Annexure - P/3 series but, no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities yet. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that this petition may be disposed of, directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 17.11.2023 within any specific period fixed by this Court.

4. The above prayer made by the counsel; for the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.

5. Considering the above submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is disposed of, directing the concerned respondents to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2023 i.e. Annexure- P/3 series and pass a reasoned order as early as possible within 60 days from today in accordance with relevant rules and laws.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
