JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner the matter was passed over for a few cases. However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 138 N.I. Act and Section 420 IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 793 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the OP No. 2 appears and opposes the anticipatory bail petition inviting reference to order dated 06.12.2018 passed by this Court. Time was granted to the petitioner to take instructions from his client for repayment of the remaining amount to the complainant and interim protection was granted to him. It is submitted that the petitioner was thereafter avoiding this Court as evident from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54920 of 2018(6) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 the orders dated 21.01.2019 and 05.02.2019.

4. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner in not appearing before this Court repeatedly while enjoying interim protection, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
