2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 25.07.2022 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 231 of 2022 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 576 of 2017 rejecting the discharge petition under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the trial has commenced and hence he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
