JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2023 In compliance of this Court dated 18.08.2018, passed in CWJC No.1270 of 2005, the contemnors have already paid the backwages to the petitioner, details whereof has been mentioned in paragraph no.4 of the show-cause filed in the present case on behalf of opposite party nos.1 to 4, which is reproduced hereinbelow:- "4. That it is humbly stated that, in compliance of the aforementioned order dated 18.08.2018, the following benefits have been released in favour of the Petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.2493 of 2019(3) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 a. Back Wages - Rs. 39,32,457/- b.Provident Fund - Rs. 5,98,493/- c. Gratuity - Rs. 3,50,000/- d. Group Insurance - Rs.10,022/- e.Leave Encashment - Rs. 3,18,800/- 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate the same in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
