JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer. He has filed an appeal against the order of Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj cancelling his license, being Supply Appeal No. 01 of 2013. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal has been disposed of.

The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of legal remedy, available under the law.
