2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahar Town P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant's husband which hit near the nose.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the order of the learned trial court it will transpire that the I.O. could not get the injury report as it was not ready. Learned counsel further submitted that in any view of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46598 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 the matter, the allegation is only of that of one single blow. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Sahar Town P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
