The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 363, 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-3 submits that the petitioner has joined the wedlock with Divya Kumari (the victim girl).

Considering the certificate of registration indicating that the petitioner and the alleged victim girl have joined the wedlock with their own sweet will and they are major, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53754 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
