Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have taken out Rupees Ten Lakhs from the bank account of the petitioner. This is a serious fraud committed by the petitioner and he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56543 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks. If he does not surrender within two weeks then the Superintendent of Police, Nalanada at Biharsharif will take all coercive steps for arrest of the petitioner and informs this Court on 19th of May, 2022 about the arrest of the petitioner. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
