Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, 357 FIR named accused persons including the petitioner and 100 unknown persons entered into the premises of police station and set the government vehicles

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47583 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/3 on fire. They attacked the police vehicles and were raising slogans to kill the police officials. It is further alleged that they attacked the members of police party due to which some police personnel became injured and one Havaldar was shot dead. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated along with 357 unknown persons. He has submitted further that on similar footing some male accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc Nos. 42801 of 2022, 45426 of 2022, 45630 of 2022 and 46459 of 2022 and the allegation against the petitioner is similar to other accused persons who have been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstance, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 4th, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
