The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6 of 2019, Bounsi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 20, 22, 23 of N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 2 kg. Ganja 155 pieces of Chillam (smoking Pipe) were recovered from the joint house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
