Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court twice and now it is third attempt to get privilege of bail.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of firing against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.

The trial court has reported that out of 21 proposed prosecution witnesses, 12 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the matter is pending for recording deposition of remaining prosecution witnesses.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail in connection with session trial no.606 of 2013 arising out of Sheikhpura

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41247 of 2014 (3) dt.18-02-2015 (Kusumbha.O.P) 90 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge, Sheikhpura is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of police, Sheikhpura with direction to him to ensure the presence of remaining prosecution witnesses, of sessions trial No. 606 of 2013 arising out of Sheikhpura (Kusumbha.O.P) 90 of 2013 before the court of Additional Session Judge, Sheikhpura within three months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order.
