The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No.14 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 120(B)/366/363/365/376/376E/354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking into the nature of allegation levelled and that a complaint was filed by the victim on the basis of which F.I.R. was registered, custodial interrogation is required from all the petitioners, who have been named in the F.I.R. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
