ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been taken on mere suspicion. Initially, the name of one Ram Kumar Singh had been taken by the informant. It is further submitted that the girl in question is said to have developed intimacy with the said Ram Kumar Singh with whom she is said to have eloped.

Considering the vague nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27090 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzuffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S.
