Patna High Court CWJC No.13642 of 2019(2) dt.08-07-2019 2/3 would submit that the case of the petitioner institution was considered by the University and thereafter the Statutory Affiliation Committee, Senate and Syndicate has recommended the case of the petitioner for affiliation. The recommendation was of the petitioner institution was scrutinized by the State. The State invented for with the recommendation inasmuch as they detected deficiency as to the land.

Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that even deficiency on the land was also rectified by the petitioner and submitted to the State Government but instead of taking decision on the recommendation, the State is asking the University to take fresh decision by Statutory Affiliation Committee Senate and Syndicate.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to place the case of the petitioner institution in the light of subsequent development before the Statutory Affiliation Committee and convene special meeting of senate and syndicate and take appropriate decision with regard to affiliation of the petitioner institution within a fortnight from today and thereafter submit recommendation to the State Government and the State Government is directed to

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
