2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19092 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.04.2025, petitioner was granted bail and two months' time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the lower court, but due to some financial issue, he could not surrender before the lower court within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Three weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19092 of 2025 failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand rejected.

6. The order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19092 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
