JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order(s), direction (s) to the respondents to quash the vide memo no. 11/22 dated 23.10.2013 issued by Circle officer, Madhepur by which who has taken the land for making the Panchayat Bhawan on the ground of on the same land petitioner for gather has come on possession of that very land since 100 years ago then petitioner has come to possession of that very land and petitioner for father name is also recorded in khatiyan and also in view of Government Circular letter no. 14193 dated 28.02.2006 by which it is clear mention that any

Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
