2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 52/2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code which is pending in the Court of Learned 10th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits Rs. 1,00,000/- and other articles were looted. Petitioner have been found involved in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47816 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned 10th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 52/2023.

The petitioner will visit Majhauliya police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
