In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 POCSO Case No. 83 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the present petitioner has kidnapped the victim girl. The confessional statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. indicates that she has entered into marriage with the petitioner.
